In 2007, the company established Guangde Plant covering 1,200mu in Fine Chemical Industrial Park, Guangde County, Xinhang town. It is one of the largest phosgene industrial bases of China and it has been included in Anhui “861” action plan.
Guangde Plant has active compound production qualification and special phosgene production license. Main products are diuron, thiophanate-methyl, hydroxy-benzonitril, carbamic acid ester, isocyanate, and other phosgenated intermediates. The project construction is in line with national industrial policy and national distribution requirements and has won national high-tech product certification.
